These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, operated by St. Mary of the Annunciation School (“the School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The site is provided for informational purposes related to the School, our programs, admissions, and community life. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or (d) use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including the School’s name, crest, logos, copy, photography, graphics, and other materials — is owned by the School or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but program details, calendars, tuition figures, deadlines, and other information are subject to change without notice and may not reflect the most current details. Please confirm current information with the school office.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services that we do not control, including FACTS and other service providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
