Lucy submitted a piece of artwork which she created under the guidance of SMA art teacher Ms. Beck, and she won an honorable mention ribbon in her division (8 and under).

 In the words of Lucy's mom Emily, " Lucy truly LOVES art and art class with Miss Beck is one of her favorite things at school each week. She (and we) is so lucky to have a passionate, kind teacher who is fostering her love for art. I just wanted to share the impact that great teachers have on our children, even outside of the classroom. We are so thankful for St. Mary’s!"
